A personalized ornament for home sellers, a closing gift from their realtor. A white two-story house with its windows lit, the front door open and moving boxes stacked on the porch, above a laurel garland tied with a navy ribbon and a gold key — painted in flat gouache on a soft-white round ceramic ornament, with the address and year in the band. The back carries a small wreath, Thank You, Old House., and the family's name with, if you like, the agent's. Flat matte illustration; printed front and back; with a gold string for hanging.
For agents: order one per closing with the address and year, and message us for a saved client template and repeat orders.

When will I get my order?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We currently ship within the United States only. Every item is made to order: printed items typically take 2–5 business days to make and embroidered items 5–10 days, then delivery takes 3–5 business days. Washing Instructions
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean. Washing inside out and avoiding high heat keeps the artwork vivid wash after wash. Garment-dyed and organic cotton pieces may soften and settle slightly with the first wash — that's normal and part of the look.
